Method

How we take a project from idea to production.

The same process in four phases, scaled to project size. No agile theater, no waterfall in disguise: clear deliverables, tracked decisions, steady rhythm.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Understand before proposing.

Stakeholder interviews, context analysis, success metrics. We don't start building until we know what we're solving and how we'll measure it.

    Deliverables

    • Positioning document
    • Agreed objectives and KPIs
    • Technical, legal, and org constraints
    • Proposed direction with rejected alternatives
  2. 02

    Design & architecture

    Decide explicitly.

Design system, wireframes, tech choices, data architecture. Documented, approved, then we write production code.

    Deliverables

    • Design system and key components
    • Navigable prototype for critical flows
    • ADRs — Architecture Decision Records
    • Build roadmap with milestones
  3. 03

    Build

    Rhythm, quality, visibility.

Weekly sprints, regular demos, internal code reviews, tests where they pay off. We move in small, stable, verifiable pieces.

    Deliverables

    • Weekly demos
    • Continuous staging environments
    • Verified performance and accessibility
    • Essential documentation kept current
  4. 04

    Launch & evolution

    Launch is the beginning.

Planned go-live, active observability, feedback collection, data-driven iteration. We hand you a maintainable product, not a sealed box.

    Deliverables

    • Go-live and rollback plan
    • Analytics and error monitoring
    • Final technical documentation
    • Handover to internal team or evolution contract
Working principles

Working principles

Transparency on hours

You always know what we're spending and on what. No surprise invoices.

Written decisions

Every important choice is documented, with context and evaluated alternatives.

No gratuitous lock-in

Documented stack, your code, your credentials. You can switch partners any time.

Honest about limits

We don't promise things we don't control. If something is risky, we say so upfront.

Thirty minutes to clarify scope, timing, and investment range.

Thirty minutes, no sales slides. We figure out together whether we're the right partner.
