Ventures

The products we build for ourselves.

Initiatives born inside Deziq, not client work. They let us do what we ask clients to do: decide, launch, measure, iterate.

Manifesto

Why we build them

Whoever advises on products should know what it takes to ship one. Our ventures are our lab — they prove we can put things in the world, not just deliver them.

    Veendo

    Independent digital platform.

Deziq-owned digital product. Designed, built, and maintained in-house — from scope to production infrastructure.

    Why it exists

We built it because we wanted a product of our own — one where decisions on scope, pricing, stack, and roadmap are real bets we pay for directly. That's the only way to learn how the products we recommend to clients are actually shaped.

    What it proves

Veendo proves we can take a digital product from scope to live and keep it alive over time, without leaning on a client to make the calls for us. When we work for you, the same care — design, code, infrastructure, iteration — moves into your house.

    At a glance

    • Owned product, not client work: scope, roadmap, and priorities decided internally.
    • Modern end-to-end stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) with continuous deploy on Vercel.
    • Architecture, code, and infrastructure maintained by the same team that ships the product.
    • Real post-launch iteration: the product evolves in production, not in slide decks.

    Imooge

    Product initiative in development.

Internal project under active development. The public landing previews a broader product we're working on.

    Why it exists

Imooge comes from a problem we keep seeing outside our client work. We're attacking it from the point most teams skip: a public landing and a written product point of view, before the first feature is built.

    What it proves

It shows how we actually start a product: point of view first, public promise second, execution third. Same order we propose to clients when they ask us to take them from zero, instead of starting from a feature list.

    At a glance

    • Internal initiative: scope and timing driven by our strategy, not by client demand.
    • Public landing already online as a first verifiable step.
    • Same technical philosophy as Veendo: modern stack, owned code, no lock-in.

    Quill

RAG chatbots trained on your own documents, in minutes.

Owned SaaS platform that turns documents into embeddable AI chatbots. Users upload files, configure branding and prompt, and get a JavaScript widget that drops into any website.

    Why it exists

Quill comes from a recurring need in client projects: deliver reliable automated answers without the model making things up. We built it as our own product to prove serious architectural isolation in RAG is possible — the chatbot answers only from the uploaded documents, never from the model's general knowledge.

    What it proves

Quill proves we can ship a complete AI product: async ingestion, vector search, RAG pipeline, embeddable widget, configuration dashboard, and conversation analytics. When a client asks for an AI assistant on their own content, we speak as someone who's already shipped one — not as someone integrating a library.

    At a glance

    • Architectural isolation: answers come only from retrieved chunks, never from the model's general training.
    • Owned end-to-end pipeline: multi-format parsing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, generation.
    • Vanilla TypeScript widget under 50KB with Shadow DOM — zero conflicts with the host site's CSS.
    • Angular 20 dashboard with branding configuration, live chatbot testing, and conversation analytics.
    • Serverless backend on AWS Lambda with Hono, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, and SQS-driven ingestion.

    MatchBoard

Live platform to manage and broadcast sports matches to TV screens.

Multi-tenant SaaS platform for sports organizations. Each club manages teams, tournaments, and matches, and broadcasts scores, animations, and events to dedicated TV screens in real time, while a mobile controller drives timer, score, and actions from the sideline.

    Why it exists

MatchBoard comes from the need to bring a broadcast-grade experience to venues without a dedicated director. We built it as our own product to prove that a modern web stack can replace traditional live-sport hardware with real-time software a single operator can run.

    What it proves

MatchBoard proves we can ship an end-to-end realtime system: multi-tenant dashboard, offline-first mobile controller, three TV display modes, and a built-in advertising engine for monetization. When a client asks for a live, data-driven product, we speak as someone who's already running one — not as someone evaluating a realtime library.

    At a glance

    • Multi-tenant architecture with owner / admin / operator roles and a platform super-admin.
    • Three TV display modes (split, team-1, team-2) with typography readable from 5+ meters.
    • Offline-first mobile controller: the timer keeps running even when the network drops.
    • Realtime via Supabase broadcast: animations and score updates sync across every connected screen.
    • Built-in advertising engine with scheduling by time slots, match phases, intervals, and daily caps.

    Deziq PM

Project management and CRM in a single tool.

Enterprise productivity suite that brings project management, CRM, time tracking, quotes, invoices, lead generation, and a client portal into a single platform. 15+ integrated modules built for agencies, professional firms, and structured teams that sell time and projects.

    Why it exists

Deziq PM comes from a pain we see in every client managing teams and deadlines: living daily across HubSpot, Asana, FattureInCloud, and Toggl, with data that never talks across tools. We built it as our own product to prove you can keep everything — from the first call to the invoice payment — on a single dashboard, without giving up the depth of a vertical tool.

    What it proves

Deziq PM proves we can ship a complete enterprise suite: 15+ integrated modules, sales pipeline, billing, time tracking, and client portal. When a client asks for an internal multi-module platform, we speak as someone who's already operating one — not as someone evaluating a framework.

    At a glance

    • 3-in-1 suite: project management, CRM, and billing on the same data model, with no external integrations.
    • Configurable deal pipeline with weighted forecast and tracking for calls, meetings, and emails.
    • Quotes and invoices with automatic numbering, public acceptance from the client portal, and professional PDFs.
    • Multi-source lead generation (Google Maps, Apify) with enrichment via Hunter, Apollo, Clearbit.
    • Serverless backend on AWS Lambda with Hono, MongoDB, and async ingestion via SQS.
